Function

Indicating pressure distribution by color uniformity; color density indicates  pressure values directly.

Applications

Pressure Measurement Filmis widely used in the area of Electronics circuit, LCD, Semiconductors, Automotive, Lithium-ion battery and Installation of mechanical equipment,etc.

Cautions

(1)L film reacts sensitively even to a very small pressure, do not press and rub it before use, handle gently.

(2)When storing and taking from the box, both sides of the plugs should be held by hand, and the center of the roller should not be pressed to avoid affecting the test effect . 

(3)Recommending temperature of 1/2/3LW and MS/MW is 20℃-35℃, humidity is 35%RH-80%RH, 4/5LW is 15℃-30℃, humidity is 20%RH-75%RH. The accurate of the result may be influenced if out of this region.

(4)With different temperature, humidity and applying pressure condition when use, the color will be also different .

(5)Clear the measuring place before use, if water, oil or some other things present on the surface of film, maybe can not show the normal color .

Use under special circumstances: a)When pressurized at high temperature for a long period, heat insulation material should be added to the outside of the film to ensure the sample is not affected by temperature.   b) In water or oil circumstances, the sample should be put in a waterproof, oil-proof bag then pressurized to prevent the sample from contacting with water and oil, which will affect the color effect .
