Heat Transfer (cold peel) Magnetic Stripe for application on Plastic card–“BV” Series
Lucky “BV” Series Magnetic Stripe is heat transfer (cold peel) magnetic foil for application on plastic card.
This kind of magnetic stripe is applied on plastic substrate (for example Overlay) to produce plastic card on Tape Layer Machine. During the processing, magnetic stripe is stamped onto PVC overlay by heated roller, and then the PET carrier of magnetic foil is peeled off and discarded once the adhesive cooled.

Lucky “TV” Series Magnetic Stripe is total lamination magnetic stripe for application on PVC card. This kind tape is not need to peel off the PET carrier, and is laminated on the PVC cards with both Magnetic Layer and Base Film. It is suitable for the minimum quantity production using laminator machine.
